We wanted to share one of our recent successes - we partnered with a new company that sells cold brews to its customers. How did we help them to get leads through social advertising?
The partnership aimed to support and grow the new company’s customer acquisition through Facebook advertising. Facebook was chosen as the marketing channel because they wanted to keep the monthly advertising budget reasonable, and Facebook allows them to reach large audiences with a moderate budget.
Technology for leads through social advertising
The main marketing objectives were to contact the client via the website, phone, email, or contact form. Advertising on Facebook was divided into two campaigns:
- An outreaching campaign aimed at setting target groups and reaching cold audiences.
- Re-marketing approach, aimed at reaching users who had already visited the website.
The target groups were created by defining the profile of potential customers to be targeted. The potential customer profiles were evaluated based on various targeting factors based on demographic and interest data available.
We also utilized the customer’s publicly available personal data and the visual cues for targeting.
